5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Everyday Hub cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Exchanges
